I've been making 'stuff'! Made all the volunteers at the Tuck Shop a little treat box for Valentine's. Made cards, sent cards......... Looked for 'stuff' in my room!

My knee's been bugging me, so have been riding the stationary bike, and walking.

I received some fun new craft things this past week that included a stencil and a die! I also found a lady online that makes amazing cards and uses Mulberry paper! I thought trying it would look like my sentiment was floating on a cloud. Hahaha, I'll practice!

A few of my friends (in real time) wanted to see the dryer sheet technique. Can you say GLITTER! In the link they use spray adhesive. I just used a glue stick. I have issues spraying anything flammable inside!

It is real sparkly IRL! Kind of looks washed out here!? Or maybe I'm a crappy photographer...yeah, we're going with that!

It's been real gloomy here!

Got a new stove yesterday. Think the one here was original when the house was built....so is over 20 years! Kalen came for supper last night, and still I used the portable Kuraidori induction cook top, and the one burner that worked on the old stove! Haha, will take some getting used to!

I made some Valentine cards from a kit and donated them to the Tuck Shop to be sold.

There is No Wrong Way to Make Pretty Things.

Finally finished my card for the Outlawz progressive challenge! Good thing it's a month long!

Good gravy, sometimes I am a make work project! 

And my 'Happy" looks crooked! I can assure you that if you were the recipient you wouldn't notice, cause I don't think it is!?

It is REALLY sparkly!

I embossed the black with a honeycomb folder, then I die cut sparkly gold vellum! Sprayed the flowers for sparkle, ran cosmic shimmer over my letters (also along the edge of the black CS layer), there was a LOT of stuff drying! The bee was stamped and clear embossed. I did have a gold vellum overlay for him, but he faded into the background with it! I am using this for a Thinking of You card!

This is V & H's valentine card. Will be sent this week, so hopefully arrives on time!

This is the one I gave my mom! I know it's early; it's so she'll take her Christmas card down!

 I have these odd glitter sticker sheets, in several colors that a friend gave to me. That's what's under the die cuts. I got the dies on sale after Valentine's Day last year.

I guess for the moment I'm in full blown Valentine card making mode!

On this card I have used the Tissue Paper technique! After finding a link for you, I should've scrunched my tissue paper up like I meant it! I've also used an image from over at Beccy's Place, called Love Bear.

Not gonna lie, I DID use a colored image, so had to color the heart!

 Happy 2023!

In cleaning off my desk before I went away, I found this stamp. I have had it quite a while, it's a Bugaboo stamp, and I could never get it to stamp cleanly! Until I tried it in my Misti!

I stamped a bunch of images, and made more cards for Christmas 2023!

 

I got some new gel pens, from the $ store. Metalic, plain, and glitter.

They are really nice! I also got some fluffy white stuff, and will need more practice with it, as they look like snowballs! I DID watch a video or 2! Haha!
