Wait, There's More!

 I know I said I was going to make fun fold cards for my family for Halloween.

This is Brysons'.

It's an oversize slimline. 4" X 9". Only because I had envelopes in my drawer it would fit in!

The die cuts on the front are frames that open, and these cute scary Halloween kids are behind them! I don't want to open them, they might stay open!

There you go!

Rainbow(s)

I have found some challenges to try (you know, cause I have time now!), and over at Cut It Up Challenge #261 is Rainbow.

 Now, on to challenge #261, chosen by Vinita, 

 Rainbow!

Create a project that includes a rainbow and a die cut!

 

I found some rainbow paper, and have the die cut covered!

 

 

Those colors on my card, are all in the rainbows! My rainbows anyway!

Halloween

 I'm in Halloween card making mode!

In between cleaning the garage!

I found the instructions here, and it is just called a fun fold! 

Of course I had to ink, and emboss, cut and paste, and those small white areas were just wasted real estate, so I put sentiments in there! This is why I have trouble doing CAS!!

Less Is More #474

 I made a card for the Less is More Challenge #474.

Twice!

Why, you ask?

Because it's a less is more challenge and I originally stamped the image on a cardstock panel!

I need a lot of work. Hahaha

My stash of stamps & 'stuff' never ceases to amaze me!

First time this one was inked up!

I have other cards done, for different things, but I have stuff to do outside while the weather's nice. Then I'm tired!

I've also been packing stuff away to take north on my journey, and apparently I am going to a scrapbook retreat on my way home.

I have a bunch of card kits I can do, so those are going!

Never a dull moment.

Now, if I have a minute I'll color up the image I stamped on the panel! Hahaha!

Shadow Box Card

Hello!

I have a lot to get done before I go north for Bryson's birthday.

This is Kalens' Halloween card this year.

It's a shadow box card, and I found it over here at Beccy's Place. 

Then I stuck a googly eye on it, and was good to go over at The Outlawz, Crash your Stash Challenge/Use googly eyes.

I've added 2 pictures as the googly eye is blurry in the first!

It folds flat, I tried; and the stuff popped back into place, but I will hand deliver this one! I made a panel for the back to write on.

I am going to try different folds for my family's Halloween cards this year. Three more cards to go! 

Now I must go. I make my mom a box of all occassion cards, and Kalen asks for some once in a while....I have never gave Vanessa a selection.

I have a lot in my stash, so will finish the insides. There are birthday, thinking of you, encouragement, and I'm going to throw in some Christmas!

The weather has cooled down a tad!

I have a card for Christmas Crafts All Year 'Round! Their challenge this month was to include a holiday hot drink of some kind.

I inked up for the first time this cute HM image called Lip Smakin' Relaxin'!

 

I just can't make a card lately and have everything go right!

Too much on my mind I guess!

I thought I was putting my puffy paint stuff on the marshmallows.

I'll have to read the containers more carefully next time....because those are the sparkliest marshmallows and lips I've ever seen. It came out of the tube the same......why would I think it was anything else!? Until it dried!

However, I think this will be my grandsons Christmas card, and he'll love it!

Outlawz Progressive Challenge

 Hello!

And a challenge it was!

I bet nobody would be surprised if I told you that I cut off part of my image!?

I traded up cutters, and ooops!

I fixed it, hence the cord on the side!

Today, I will create something new.

 Story of my life lately!

I think our temps are supposed to cool down to the high 20's(C) this week, then I have things to do outside, so the craftiness will slow down!

Until then, I'll just keep playing!

I am having no trouble using all the cards I'm making lately!

And the recipients don't know I am practicing my coloring!

This is for Beccy's September challenge. You have to use one of her images, and the option is metal. The ribbon is through a metal flower!

This will also work over at Krafty Chicks Challenge. This is for week one, where you have to have a stamped or digital image on your project.

I am going to link it up at We Love Stamping, where anything goes this month! (With a stamped or digital image)

And, just for fun I am linking over at The Flower Challenge where their theme this month is to add Sparkle. I do have some bling on the sentiment.

I also have a T O N of Perfect Pearls, and want to spend some time learning how to use them. I have bookmarked a tutorial by Jennifer McGuire, so I am certain I will be using them in no time!

Two Old Bats Halloween Challenge

 Hello everyone!

I had a minute!

This is for the  September Two Old Bats Halloween Challenge!

I made an eclipse card, and used flocking on the spider

Less mess than glitter, and looks cool!

Also, I live just north of the Idaho, US border.

There's a fire on Russell Mountain, in the Selkirks.

This is taken from the back yard on Wednesday night.

 Since then it's been really smokey, can't even see the mountain. And for some reason today, it's been really windy!
