 My card today uses the HM image 'For Me'.

Stamped and colored with Ohuhu markers, and a sparkle gel pen. Cut out with a Spellbinders die, a rub on sentiment-cut with another Spellbinders die. I found the yellow paper behind the image in my stash. It's by Sandylion (thought they just made stickers?) and is called Corduroy; dated 2006! I am using vintage scrap/ card making paper!!

In other news, this is for Karen. About the movie Civil War. It left a LOT of questions unanswered. My brother liked it, cause it was a shoot 'em up, blow 'em up movie. But, even he said why?

It got 1/2 a Rotten Tomato from me because Kirsten Dunst was in it, and I haven't seen her forever!

In other news.....

I have watched Where The Crawdads Sing and Marry Me. I liked them both! Those were on Netflix. Emma and I have a date for the Fall Guy when it comes to the theatre.

I have weeded like a crazy person! The thistle and dandelions are my fave! My brother's been mowing the lawn. We'll see if my mom will do it now he's gone, or if I have to! I am arranging to get a guy to come once a week while I am gone!

Today started cold, windy and raining here! I see the sun is out now; we had a special weather statement for the mountain pass just west of here. The S word!!

I have been going the Scrabble at the Library. I found out last week, that once a month we go to Julios Lounge at the Bowling Alley for a drink to celebrate that months birthdays. We also have a draw once a month (every time you show up and pay to play, your name goes in a hat) for a bottle of wine. Guess who won!? These are my people!

*Anything Goes with a special CUT*

Simply create anything using special cuts - like cuts made with your favorite cutting dies, or show off a special shaped cut, or use any HM&F image featuring CUTS. Really any type of a special cut will do..... even haircuts. heheh...

Halloooo!
Got a few things to show you tonight!

Drove the Handi Van this morning for the community run.
Lodge people to the hospital & clinic.
Apartment seniors to the hospital & shopping downtown
A couple from out of town, brought to town to shop.
I'm usually at work by 12 or 12:30.
My turn comes up about once every 2 months or so.

I am also going to Happy Hour at the OFH tomorrow night!
I get to be the barmaid...oh joy!

It's windier than heck outside....AGAIN!
I had to go lay the ladder down before it falls!
(The one that's up for the skylight!)
It fell last week, and broke the roof rake!

I've been a bad treadmill walker this week!
Started out good, Monday/Tuesday....last night out with the GF's, so pass, and today I actually answered the phone after 20 minutes!
What was I thinking!?
Tomorrow's a wash because of Happy Hour!

I've done 2 loads of laundry tonight, filled the outdoor furnace, made my lunch, finished a card, and started another!

I made different coffee & hot chocolate mixes & some Pineapple/Peach Liqueur! YUMMMM!

They're tucked into a wire basket, I had laying around!

It was supposed to be Peach Liqueur, but I was missing a key ingredient (couldn't find it in town),

so I used Pineapple Juice instead!

I HAD to sample it!

I thought about drinking the rest of the wine to empty the bottle I wanted to use; alas, it was a work night!

Better go.

Need my beauty sleep. HA!

I've been waking up at 5am.

The only good thing about that is the amazing Northern Light display!

Apparently, it's a solar storm, but who cares!

They haven't been different colors, but I'll take what comes!

The O/S gets to come home through the Panama Canal!

I told him to take lots of pictures...how cool is that!
