I need a few cards made before I go on my adventure......
I made this birthday card... I don't think she reads the blog!!
It's a Mirror Fold Card, and I found it while browsing Pinterest, and the instructions are here!
It took a while, but I'm happy with how it turned out! I think the recipient will like it too!!
I have had the paper & dies for quite a while, and wanted to use them to do a card for this person.

In other news I made some Father's Day cards for the Tuck Shop where I volunteer.
I am behind with everything I wanted to get done before I left!
My mom has been home for 2 weeks. She caught a cold somewhere!? None of our company was sick....I am going to blame it on Bingo, Canasta or church!
It rained another 1/2 inch this evening! I had no waterfalls coming from the gutters! Had to clean them out in the last torrential rain....last weekend! Did you know there's such a thing as a gutter scoop!? I am this many years old, and just found out about them! Gonna get me one, and one for everyone I know! Actually, I will try to talk my mother into some gutter guards for 2 sides of the house!

Gail, this is such a fun fold. I haven't tried it yet but thank you for the link. I totally understand the gutter problem. I had never heard of the scoop but it looks like ladder climbing is involved and at my age, I cannot do ladders. I'll have to stick with the "hire somebody young" method...lol! Enjoy your travels and be safe. Great to have you entering the Creative Creases Challenge.
