In my spare (hahaha) time I like to scrapbook.

I am making pages for Vanessa; who hasn't picked this up as a relaxing hobby yet! I'm not doing them in chronological order though! I pick out pictures she has sent me, and paper, and I'm off! I am an odd scrapbooker!

Bryson sent me these pictures a few years ago with the caption 'Love you to The Moon and back'; so I incorporated that.

I put them on some Halloween cardstock from my stash, as the dots are shiny!

Just a note to tell you what's going on in the life of Gail!

I've had a make work kinda day!
It's Family Day here in Alberta, so no work!!! (At least at my paid job!)

It started with me using the electric frying pan the kids got me for Christmas!

 

I had to find a place for it, which led to cleaning out the

Seldom Used Appliance Cupboard!

I tossed about half of the recycled plastic containers!

I think that Pina Colada mix will be used at the first campfire of the season!

Which can't happen too soon!

It was unseasonably warm 2-3 days last week.

Now the parking lot, and all my nicely snowblown paths are skating rinks!

However, I digress.......

 

I then decided I needed to catch up on my scrapbooking the pictures and hand crafted cards people send at Christmas........you know who you are!!!

But, I didn't want to move my coloring off my desk.

I'm on a roll!

Those are Kraftin Kimmie Stamps on the top, and I won Fridays releases!!!

Anyhoo, I hadn't scrapbooked 2011 yet!

So I did sonething I swore I wouldn't do when I got my craft room.......

I hauled all my stuff to the kitchen table!

Ray had to go to work, he'll never know!

 

I've finished all the chores, had supper,

I had a roast in the slow cooker,

now I'm going to see what's on TV and color some more.......

oh yeah, I've got 2 chalkboard technique cards on the go too!

 

I DID make a card or 2 or 3 this week........here's one!

 

Kept it kinda flat for mailing...............

got the inspiration over here,

and she got it from here!

 

I think my mom might need some more Thank You cards, and I'll be going in June.

We're going to the Amish Auction Sale! AGAIN!
