You were going to get a twofer last night, but I was too tired.
How tired was I?
WELL, I didn't realize until this morning that I posted my HM creation (previous post), and didn't link it up at the HMFMC til now! OI!
I know I've been remiss about blogging.................
can I just say the summer's too short, and I really like to spend time outside while I can!
I even napped on my swing last evening; it's my favorite place in the yard!
I've cleaned my desk off, made some cards, which I will get to so you can get on with your day, and I'd also like to welcome Mary Ann! Don't know if you'll learn anything, but you might get a laugh or two!
Also, can you please go over here and send Curt some love!?
He's hurtin and hasn't posted for 2 months.
I miss him!
And, my friend Bonnie over here, lost 2 furbabies within 5 weeks of each other.
She does have a new little one to help fill the holes in her heart; Bugsy!
Alrighty then; I made these cards for someone.
I have another 3 to go, and I can't say who,
cause I think they read the blog; darn followers by e-mail!
Anyone know how I can see who they are????
ANYHOO.........................
I made this encouragement card for a Rodeo Queen wannabe!?
She is! (Second from left!)
My strawberries are happy in their garden.............
building them their own box is on the agenda for this weekend.
They are so sweet!
It's been cloudy here most of the week, and rains at least once a day in the vacinity!
Sitting in the swing enjoying the birds, there's a birdbath to the right, and the Robins really like it!
Shadow smiling for a bellyrub!
I went to Peace River last Saturday; picked up Vanessa, then we spent the day at a swim meet, watching the middle grandchild! (Long Story)
His mom liked that we came, made the day go faster for her!
It's hard to get a picture of them swimming, but pretty sure that's his coach in the blue!
Here's a field of Canola right across from where I work.
The tracks are from the sprayer.
You know;
"The crop is genetically modified for control of the weeds"!?
That's all I got!
Working on a mini album for my mom with pictures from last years Family Rebellion.
It's supposed to rain today, so the dusting & vacuming might get done.
I want to start on the strawberry bed;
some nasty wasps have made a nest in some of the lumber I'm using.
Yup..................More of this!
Hope you're well.
Talk to ya later!
Ta ta for now!

Hi
Super bunch of cards.
Strawberries look yummy.
I love that blue sky peeking through the clouds. Could make a neat card.
Shadow is so cute with her big smile.
Nice to know you are getting a bit of lazing around in your swing.
Myrna
Brilliant post Gail and these strawberries look yummy xx
Yes, please do go outside whenever possible and enjoy whatever weather you're dealt! I know what you mean and we don't even have snow until June... Love your cards and wish I would get into it again, too!
hi gail, trying to get caught up, as if that's ever possible. funny and lovely cards; i don't like mornings - lol. your strawberries look very yummy! i visited your friends to leave a comment; how thoughtful of you.
Shadow looks like he is in tummy rub heaven. And I can almost taste those berries. Thank you for the mention too.
fabulous post and so much to read and look at
Hugs Kate xx
These are all fun cards, Gail. They will surely put a smile on the recipients' faces. Grat pictures too! Home-grown strawberries are the best there are, there' nothing that can beat picking them yourself and putting them in your mouth straight away, although I must say I wasn't too keen on having to pick 3 rows every day after school. Here on Crete, strawberries are hard to get, and they are usually expensive and not really worth the money. But the cherries and nectarines are delicious over here. Your picture of Shadow reminds me of our youngest fur baby, our cat Vatsiko. He will roll over in the same way for a cuddle.
Hi Gail, what a great collection of cards! Each unique and something very special!
Hugs Claudia

Just popping in to say hi. Love the cards and the great sentiments. I started a strawberry bed this year with new runners. No berries this year but I have my hopes for a bumper crop next year. I have been having issues with my blogger dashboard. Half the time when I go there, none of the blogs show up and I get a message that I am not following any blogs. Then next time, they are all there. Go figure. Hope all is well with you and you are having a great summer.
You have been a busy bee while been on holiday Gail and I'm just offer a little mooch round, but some lovely photos of some glorious blooms on this post.
Hope have a good Sunday,
B x
