My path is unique and I will walk it with pride.

Hello!
Life. Again!

I am on Instagram.
I do post there.
@gail.luck.3
Just so ya know!

Vanessa had surgery at the end of May.
I brought her and Bryson home with me for 2 fun (haha) filled weeks!

This little guy!
We were mowing grass.
He pulls his wagon, or pushes the fertilizer spreader; you know; so he has a lawn mower!
Got tired, I gave him a snack & books, and told him I'd be quiet.
I mowed!

Child labor at grammas house.

Kids playing!
We went to the beach twice; different beaches.
The pool, splash park, out for ice cream, to great grammas house for weiner roasts!
The list is long!

Then I took them back to Alberta, where their dad met us, and took them home!

I had to send Bryson a card.
While he was here we discussed tattoos!
Yeah, he's 2 going on 30!
He said: 'can I get a tattoo?'
Me: 'no!'
Him: 'when I'm 14?'
Me: 'maybe when you're 40!'
I asked his dad why I was discussing tattoos with a 2 year old!
Anyhoo, the tourist shop had some really nice rub on ones!
I got 8 packages.
I sent 3 with this card.
He's supposed to let me know when he needs more!?

There were some lovely peonies at the back house!
I took down a fence at the front that wasn't keeping anything in or out!

Just made it hard to mow around the trees!

I have had visitors from Alberta.
Next ones will be here in 2 weeks!

Got a new toy.

 An induction cook top!
I love it!

The gardens!

There is tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, corn, carrots, strawberries, watermelon, dill weed, and 2 watermelon!
Grapes are in the background!
And marigolds, cause nothing likes marigolds I guess!

I have picked a gazillion cherries, the trees that are finished have been pruned, made strawberry, blueberry and cherry jam. Separately, not mixed together!
Cherry brandy, blueberry liqueur, and too many cherry pies!
I have had natural gas installed to my house, and a furnace installed!

We have had 2 events at my work; we have an out door stage.
First one poured rain, it was a Journey, Bon Jovi & KISS tribute.
I didn't make it for KISS!
I came home.

Saturday was an afternoon show; Elvis tribute, and Johnny Cash!
We have Aaron Pritchett coming up next!

I was going to my moms one day!
This is me coming out of my garage!

I drive down this side of that mountain to go to moms!
By the time I got over there, there was a double rainbow on the mountain!
It did not rain at my place, or hers!

I just finished moms birthday card!
She will be 80!
How did that happen!!!???

It's a joy fold card.
I think it's 6 X 6, so makes it a larger card, however, I don't have to mail them here!!

 It took forever!
I save my house cleaning card making for a rainy  day!
There aren't a lot, and it usually dries up right away!
Today is +37C.
I'm in!
Should have put the hose on the cedars, but it's one of those days when you break into a sweat just looking outside!

There you have it!
So much going on, and if you've stuck it out this far, I hope you're well!

Besides living next door to Bryson, this is what I miss about Alberta!

The sunsets!

I will try harder to get on here, and visit you!
I do think about you all!

Talk to ya later!

“The way get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” – Walt Disney

Hello!
Yes it's me!
Life, life gets in the way!

I'll show you the card I made for Vanessa, then you can get on with your day/evening!

From other/every year, it has to be blue and have a dragonfly!
This time the dragonflies were stamped on the back with an iridescent VersaMark; I'm surprised I was able to get a picture!

I am watering the cedars at the back as we speak!
It was Blossom Festival this weekend here in town!
Saturday, Larry & I went to the parade, had lunch at a bakery, then froze for 2 hours at the Concert in the Park!
Yesterday, he went to the Pow Wow; I had to get my vehicle cleaned!
Today, we hung out at the airport to see the Wheels & Wings for a couple hours.
Went & ate, then came to my place for dessert!

Now I have a bunch of pictures to show you!
I posted these next ones on Instagram with the following:

"Some days Larry & I are a make work project.
6.5 hours of back breaking labor,
lunch, 2 trips for shale,
1 Timmies stop.
We're dun!"

Kalen saw the picture, and thought, WOW, wonder how much she paid for that!
He missed the part about the 6.5 hours of back breaking labor!
Anyhoo,
the gardens are planted, and everything seems happy!
The pipes in the gardens now have net on them; Kalen didn't want us making a proper deer fence, as he doesn't know where the septic field is!

We also went & got rock to build my mom a fire pit!
Another make work project, however this was for Mother's Day!

I purchased a hummingbird feeder, as I have a backyard full!
Didn't take them long to find it!

This is Kalen trimming the Walnut trees!
I said, lets hire somebody!
He said no, we have too many projects & not enough money! Haha!
He also planted 9 more cedars across the front.
Then left for work!
I'll water them!

 Rainbow!
Didn't rain at our place!
This last pic is the gardens at night!
After the first 2 were made, I asked Larry to leave the posts a couple inches higher so I could get post cap solar lights!

 There you have it!
The highlights of the last weeks!
Life!

Cards are on an as needed basis right now.

I also cross stitched this picture in 1998 for Vanessa!
I just had it framed.
It's 21 years later, but she'll get it for her birthday!

I leave Thursday to go to Alberta.
Vanessa is having surgery, then can't do anything for 2 weeks.
She has a 2 year old.
I'll bring them here!
I'll then take her back for her appointment; her husband will meet us at my aunts, and take her home from there.
I took time off work to 'play' with Bryson, which is why he's coming! That's what he told me!
He doesn't know I'm going to get them!

Hope you're all well!
Talk to ya later!
