I slept in until 8:47!
I. KNOW!
Don't get excited, I was up at 4:00, and had to talk myself into going back to bed....
come on, it's Sunday!
I went to turn the coffee on and seen this guy/gal napping in the back yard!
Sorry the pic is blurry, but it's still dark-ish!
He tasted the Mountain Ash..........
Don't think he/she liked them!
Here he/she is making a run for it!
Right across the fence to the neighbors, where he/she napped for hours!
Hope he's not in the yard when I leave for work tomorrow!
It will be dark!
I played in the craft room for most of the weekend!
Got lots done!
My desk is all mostly cleaned off!
I made a birthday card....you can't see it yet!
Made 6 more Christmas cards....what can I say!
I need a baby card; one of Vanessa's friends had a boy last night!
I finished my note cards!
Will get some in the mail tomorrow!
I watched GI Joe something Cobra, with Channing Tatum.
I knit half a scarf........
I know!
One of my peeps didn't get one at Christmas, but has a birthday next month!
I need to knit my own too!
I watched Night at The Museum!
I watched the cat 'bird watching'!
And Friday night I discovered a cracked window in the guest bathroom!
WTH!?
I know it's a great sunset......you're looking at the crack!
It's the top half of the window!
I noticed the frost first and thought WTH!?
I called the window people, and someone's getting back to me tomorrow....I hope!
Better go, hope you're all well!
Talk to ya later!
Ta ta for now!
Gail
ReplyDeleteCool pics.
Love the card.

Way to go Gail!! The only time I have ever slept that late was because of that huge storm last spring and we had no power for 3 1/2 days. Had to stay warm and what is there to do in the dark with no power and its not warm enough to have a campfire outside and pretend you are really camping.
ReplyDeleteYep..I love Gus! He is such a downer in some haha!
Hope your window gets fixed tomorrow!
Hugz,
Sheree
wow, coming across the moose on the road would be scary. i love the cat bird watching, your note card and the beautiful sunset, although sorry to hear about the window. you sure do keep busy!
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos Gail, how amazing to have something like that in your back garden.
ReplyDeleteVery elegant note cards as well.

I reallly like your note card. Sounds like you had a great weekend-creating and all.
ReplyDeleteLove your moose pictures. I had moose tracks going through my yard this winter but did not see the critter.
Great pictures Gail and what a great card too! xx
ReplyDeleteThat's one mother of a moose! Can't believe you have those guys in your yard. I used to get excited if we had a bunny or wild turkey in ours. Don't forget to post the scarf when you're done. Ouch for the poor window.
ReplyDeletebeautiful photo's and gorgeous card
ReplyDeletehugs Kate xx
Now THAT'S a guy I'd like to snuggle up to in the yard ;-) Thanks for sharing - love the bird-watching cat, too! Thanks for doing some snow-shovelling on my behalf... it's really started snowing here, too, but as long as the train makes it to the airport tomorrow morning (and the plane off the runway, I guess), I'll be fine...
ReplyDeleteGail, OH CANADA! It's a jungle....um Forest out there! Wonderful pics, so glad you
ReplyDeleteshared them the Moose is wonderful and the sunset stunning.......hope he isn't in the yard when
you go to work.....wouldn't want to meet him in the dark!!
Hugs
Sue
